Our Journey
We started our journey in December 2024 and in partnership with the Awarded Emerald Pizza Academy our mission is not only to create delicious pizza but also to change lives, proving that love, determination, and humanity can make a significant impact.
We are born in Ireland and we found that it is our responsibility to encourage local producers and use local ingredients in traditional cuisine for a variety of economic and environmental reasons.
There are many reasons for using local ingredients in our food. One of these reasons is to reduce our carbon footprint, a growing concern in a society that is increasingly aware of the impact our individual lives have on the planet we live on. We also believe that making pizza is an art that requires fresh, local ingredients. As a traditional Italian dish, it requires fresh produce to be prepared exactly as it was intended.
This is my vision and my dream come true now with TUTTO APOSTO. It is possible now to bring together local producers.

Our Suppliers

The Little Mill
Today, virtually all our wheat comes from one of three farms, none of them further than 20km from our mill and the grain is milled in the same traditional way that our forebears did. The result is flour that has a wonderfully unique flavour and that contains no additives or preservatives.

Silvio Rabbitte & Sons ltd
Established in 2007, Silvio Rabbitte & Sons is an Irish owned and run wholesale food and packaging supplier to traditional fish and chip shops and general food retailers throughout Ireland.

Independent Irish Health Foods
They are located in beautiful Baile Mhúirne in the heart of the West Cork Gaeltacht, operating from a 24,000 square foot warehouse. Their products are sourced from all over the world and are categorised according to Organic, Gluten Free, Vegan and Artisan sections.

Doves Farm
As the UK’s number 1 organic flour brand, they offer everything the discerning home baker might need under one roof, from organic, speciality and heritage flour to key baking essentials such as yeast.

Shipton Mill
They started Shipton Mill in 1979, to mill flours from the most fantastic grains, working from day one with like-minded farmers who promote biodiversity and who value and seek to look after the soil.

McCabe's Coffee
They are a specialty roastery located in Co Wicklow, Ireland. They are experts in handcrafting small batches of coffee from the world's best and most sustainable sources.

Janet’s Country Fayre
Janet’s Country Fayre is Ireland’s leading artisan producer of chutneys and relishes, pasta sauces and pizza sauces. Award winning products, produced in Co. Wicklow. Pure taste and additive free goodness.

Gran Grans Foods
Gran Grans Foods was born with the purpose of sharing their culinary journey obtained around the world through the production of tasty handcrafted condiments following traditional and innovative recipes, using only quality fresh ingredients.

La Rousse Foods
La Rousse Foods is an independent, 100% Irish-owned company, specialising in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments since 1992. Our own temperature-controlled logistic fleet ensures an efficient daily service to meet chefs' needs throughout Ireland.

Doyles Veg Prep
Doyles Veg Prep is an Irish owned, family run business that supplies fresh fruit and vegetables in addition to a wide range of prepared potatoes and vegetables to hotels, catering companies, bars and restaurants.

Toons Bridge Dairy
We are proud to be making Buffalo Mozzarella with milk from our own herd of Italian Water Buffalo. The Buffalo are milked by Micheal Dorney between Spring and late Autumn at his farm in Kilnaglory.

Sabanero is an Irish company with Italo-Venezuelan roots specialised in artisan fresh cheeses using traditional techniques to produce quality premium cheeses.
